Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting connectivity issues on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
This printer supports 2.4 GHz networks only, make sure that your WiFi router is set to 2.4 GHz.
Set up the printer using the Wireless Setup Wizard
- The Wireless Setup Wizard provides an easy way to set up and manage a wireless connection to your printer from the printer control pane.
- Set up the printer hardware. See the getting started guide or the setup poster that came with your printer.
- On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network.
- Touch Wireless, touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then touch OK. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup
Let me know it goes.

Other non 5g smart products are connecting to the router. It is capable for connection Upto 5g, but will check if it is possible.
The printer sees the router but can't connect. Currently connecting via cable.

Thanks for the assistance.
The router app allowed me to set up a 2.4g only wifi signal. Hp printer requires this. Even when other smart devices can adjust and regulate the normal connection.
Hope this info helps others. 😊
