HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason my printer will not longer connect to my wifi - blue light blinking.  I have tried everything including pressing the X and blue light simultaneously.  I am on a windows laptop which has perfect wifi connection.  No recent router changes.  Everything was ok over a week ago.  Have tried the HP support doctor but it cannot talk to the printer as there is no printer wifi connection.   As well as my own wifi connection which is connected, there is also HP-setup>66-Deskjet 3700 series WIFI which is not connected.  If I connect this, then my own wifi connection disconnects.  The printer will still not connect irrespective of which of these 2 wifis are connected.  Thanks, Frank.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd love to help.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the communities page for the private message.

Let me know if this helps.
