@A-G188, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Wireless Connection Issues on Your HP Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP printer (product number CN1BC9E0JG) is unable to connect to Wi-Fi and shows the error code EBS00P0013, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Verify Wireless Setup

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, router, and computer to reset any temporary connectivity issues.

Run Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • From the Home screen on your printer, touch the Wireless icon.
  • Touch Settings, then touch Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Follow the prompts to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 2: Check Network Settings

Network Name (SSID) & Password:

  • Ensure you have the correct network name (SSID) and password.
  • Case-sensitivity matters, so make sure everything is entered correctly.

Wireless Settings Review:

  • Make sure the router is set to the 2.4 GHz frequency range (most HP printers connect only at this range).

Step 3: Use WiFi Protected Setup (WPS)

Push Button Setup:

  • From the printer’s Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, then Settings.
  • Touch WiFi Protected Setup, then Push Button Setup.
  • When prompted, press and hold the WPS button on your router.

PIN Setup:

  • From the printer’s Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, then Settings.
  • Touch WiFi Protected Setup, then PIN Setup. Enter the generated PIN on your router’s setup interface.

Step 4: Direct Wireless Connection (Without a Router)

Enable Wireless Direct:

  • From the Home screen, touch the Wireless icon.
  • If Wireless Direct displays Off, touch Settings.
  • Touch Wireless Direct, then select On (No Security) or On (With Security).

Connect to Wireless Direct:

  • On your computer or mobile device, turn on Wi-Fi, search for and connect to the Wireless Direct name (e.g., HP-Print-xx-Deskjet 6520).
  • If security is enabled, enter the Wireless Direct password when prompted.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
