Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

My Samsung galaxy a10e phone won't print on my Officejet 4650 printer.my granddaughters Samsung  je orbit works fine as does my hp desktop. all i get when i try it from my phone  is a massage "that the printer isn't available now" i have the latest hp service plugin and hp smart installed

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart App and the service plugin.
