  3. Printer Display – Does the printer screen show any network or warning icons? Is the Wi‑Fi icon solid or blinking?
  4. Laptop Details – Which operating system is running on your Acer laptop (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?
  5. Where Offline Appears – Is the “Offline” status showing in Windows settings, the HP App, or only in certain applications?
  6. Other Devices – Can you print from your phone or another device on the same network right now?
  7. Recent Changes – Any recent updates to Windows, router settings, Wi‑Fi password, or security software?
  8. Actions Tried – Have you already restarted the printer, router, or removed/re‑added the printer on your laptop?
