Hi @don0711,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer is frequently losing its Wi-Fi connection on a Windows 10 (32-bit) system,
here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength

  • Ensure your printer is within range of the Wi-Fi router. Walls and other obstructions can weaken the signal.
  • Consider moving the printer closer to the router if the signal is weak.

2. Restart Your Devices

  • Power cycle the printer, router, and computer:
    • Printer: Turn it off, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
    • Router: Unplug it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
    • Computer: Restart your computer to refresh its network connections.

3. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date:
    • Open the HP Smart app or go to the printer's control panel.
    • Navigate to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Update Firmware.

4. Check Network Settings

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network:
    • On the printer control panel, navigate to Network settings.
    • Confirm that it shows the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID).

5. Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • Remove the printer from the Wi-Fi network and reconnect:
    • On the printer, go to Network > Wi-Fi > Settings.
    • Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi.

6. Change Wireless Channel on Router

  • Interference from other devices can disrupt the Wi-Fi signal. Changing the channel on your router may help:
    • Log in to your router's settings through a web browser (check your router's manual for the address).
    • Change the wireless channel to a less crowded one (channels 1, 6, or 11 are often recommended).

7. Adjust Power Saving Settings

  • Some routers have power-saving settings that can affect connections:
    • Check your router settings and disable any power-saving features related to Wi-Fi.

8. Check for Network Conflicts

  • Ensure that no other devices are causing network conflicts:
    • Disconnect any unused devices from the network and see if the printer stabilizes.

9. Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Sometimes, outdated or corrupt drivers can cause connectivity issues:
    • Uninstall the existing printer drivers from your computer.
    • Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

10. Use Ethernet Connection (if possible)

  • If Wi-Fi issues persist and you need a stable connection, consider connecting the printer directly to the router using an Ethernet cable as a temporary solution.
