Hi @Tootsie6,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to print an email from your ASUS Chromebook to your HP Envy 6055 printer. Please follow these steps:
Step-by-Step: Print from Email on Chromebook
1. Make Sure Your Printer Is Set Up
- Ensure your HP Envy 6055 is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Install the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store on your Chromebook (if supported).
- Add your printer to the app.
2. Open Your Email
- Go to your email provider (e.g., Gmail) using Chrome.
- Open the email you want to print.
3. Use the Print Option
- Press Ctrl + P or click the three-dot menu in Chrome and select Print.
- In the Destination section, choose your HP Envy 6055 printer.
- Adjust settings (pages, layout, color).
- Click Print.
🛠️ If Your Printer Doesn’t Show Up
- Make sure your Chromebook and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers on your Chromebook.
- Click Add Printer and follow the prompts.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
