both of my 7301 smart tank wont copy after 2 days..they lock up as soon as you hit the copy button and all the lights go on..still in warranty and they wont rebate me..they just want to send me another faulty printer..there is an inherent problem with these copiers..been with hp 20 years and will now stop buying hp..they are a disgrace..pretty simple rebate me and ill try the 7600 series
