I keep getting "Filter" failed error message in English on my Laserjet Pro CP1525nw

1. Restart Printer and Computer
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
2. Check Printer Connection
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
- If you're using a USB connection, try a different USB port.
- If you're using a network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), make sure the printer is connected to the network correctly.
3. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
Windows:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer and click on Remove device.
- Download the latest driver from the HP Support website for your specific printer model.
- Install the new driver following the on-screen instructions.
Mac:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click the - button to remove it.

4. Reset the Printing System (Mac)
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Right-click (or Ctrl-click) in the Printers list and select Reset printing system....
- Confirm the reset.
- Re-add your printer by clicking the + button and selecting your printer.
5. Clear Print Queue
Windows:
- Open the Control Panel and go to Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select See what's printing.
- In the print queue window, select Printer and click on Cancel All Documents.
Mac:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click on Open Print Queue.
- Click on Printer and select Cancel All Documents.
6. Check for Firmware Updates
- Go to the HP Support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
