HP  6032e Printer in Wireless Network Environment; How to reinstall the printer "HP Smart Printing" in the windows settings printer/scanner list?

In an  error recovery process, after a problem in connecting the printer to wireless printing in the HP Smart APP,  instead of detaching and reconnecting the printer to my  Account in the HP Smart App, the printer "HP Smart Printing" in the list of printers / scanners" in the settings of Windows was deleted.

As a windows user, one can not add the "HP Smart Printing" in the windows list.  De-installing and installing the "HP Smart" App in windows doesn't help.

Apparently the HP printer software driver installation adds the printer as a device to the  windows printers list. Is de-installing and re-installing the driver a solution? How can this be done? Any suggestion will be much appreciated.

HP Smart printing means printing via the HP Smart app.

 

Are you not able to print?

Do you get any errors?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

No Error Messages. "HP Smart" shows printer "HP Envy 6000 Series",  status : Ready, Security monitored - (this is my translation of original msg in German, the country where  used). When you print, using print command in the  context help, you have the choice of printers: HP Smart printing / HPDA7..29C ( the Host name of the printer)/ Scan only - HPDA7....(HP Envy 6000 series)/ etc  I normally choose "HP Smart Printing" and the  result is fine after the print command print . now, after my mistaken deletion of "HP Smart Printing " from the list, nothing happens. if i choose the scan only printer, i get a print in poor light hollow print quality as if a print data has been scanned etc. and slow performance.

I notice that the name of the driver, as well as that of the printer is "HP smart Printing". obviously the installation of the driver, includes the name and directs the print data to the HP Smart App. deleting and reinstalling the  HP Smart app doesn't  help.  means deleting and reinstalling the driver would solve ? Is my problem more clear now? thanks for any help. Paramhans  Nishtala user in Germany

Thank you for the response. There are 2 ways to print from your Win PC.

Using the HP Smart app and using the full-feature printer driver.

HP Smart printing is a part of HP Smart. If you have reinstalled it and it does not help, you may install the full-feature printer driver.

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing. Open the File > Print
