I'm going to start again with this. The printer is connected to my phone. It shows a grayed out icon of the printer. It lists the printer..."HP ENVY 5000 series". But it says "some features are unavailable". It's right there. But when I try to print, it says printer not available. It IS connected to the wifi and my phone. None of these suggestions & fixes work. The underlined "click here" that you sent...I've already done that! It's no help. I'm losing patience here. Nothing that I've read anywhere is helping. My phone recognizes the printer that it's there. It just won't connect. I've Googled myself silly on this & I've just about had it!
