I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 that I have been trying to setup on a MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.6.2. The Mac quit recognizing the printer using Wi-Fi although I could print from my iphone & ipad. So I deleted the printer from the Mac, downloaded the software to reinstall it and I still couldn't print using the Mac.  I tried to reset the printer back to factory settings but keep getting the message "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer" for anything I try to do using the printer dashboard. I am the person who set up the printer, however I never locked anything. I tried suggestions on previous posts to go to the printer's web address to obtain the EWS password, but it "refuses to connect".  I've been trying to get this fixed for several weeks now with no success.  I can't reset the Wi-Fi on the printer now that it says it's not connected, but there are no errors showing why because the "features are locked".
