I have cancelled my instant ink subscription (effective 1/27/22) and am now trying to remove the printer from the hp smart account and delete the smart account altogether. However, instead of removing it I get a message "your printer is associated to an Instant Ink subscription. You must cancel your subscription to remove this printer". **bleep** gives?
