HP Envy 7640. I installed a new, genuine HP ink cartridge. I get a screen that says "Genuine HP Ink Cartridge installed" with and OK tab. When I touch the tab, nothing happens. I cannot access the 'copy scan fax' screen and therefore can't copy. Help!

I don't believe cartridge has anything to do with printer maintenance, in a sense how it is set-up or not
I'd say try reinstalling everything in accordance to supported software by running automated tool

I found the answer on another board: unplug the printerfrom wall while it was on; unplug cable from printer; remove cartridges; wait at least 60 seconds; plug cable into wall, then into printer; reinstall cartridges. I got a print test page message, did so, and all is working as usual. Thanks for responding.
