Hi there! I'm facing some problems while using HP ePrint. Some of the sent Emails are not processed. If this occurs, no Email with the print job confirmation is sent, too. From the same Email-address another job with the same attachment is working.

Hi @Stefan1975, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here are some possible reasons and solutions for your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw not processing some HP ePrint emails:
Please try these steps:
Attachment Issues:
- Ensure the attachment is in a supported format (PDF, JPEG, DOCX, etc.).
- The file size should not exceed 10MB.
- Try renaming the file and resending it.
Email Address Whitelist:
- Check if email addresses are restricted in your HP Smart account (under Allowed Senders).
- If enabled, add your email to the allowed list.
Email Formatting:
- Avoid using HTML-formatted emails. Instead, send plain-text emails.
- Remove unnecessary images, signatures, or long subject lines.
Blocked or Spam Emails:
- Your email service might be blocking ePrint emails. Check your spam folder.
- Try sending the email from a different email provider (e.g., if using Gmail, try Outlook).
Internet & Printer Connectivity:
- Ensure the printer is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
- Restart the printer and router to refresh the connection.
Printer Status: Make sure your printer is online and connected to the internet. You can check this via the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
Firmware Update: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve connectivity and processing issues.
Next Steps:
- If the issue persists, log in to your HP Smart account and check your ePrint job history.
- If some jobs show errors, note the error messages and try resending.
- If the issue continues, reset Web Services on the printer:
- Go to Setup > Web Services > Remove Web Services.
- Then, re-enable Web Services and register your printer again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
