Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Reconnecting your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4828 All-in-One Printer to a New Wi-Fi Network!

If you've changed your Wi-Fi password and are unable to reconnect your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4828 All-in-One Printer to the network, follow these steps:
Reset the Wireless Settings on the Printer
- Turn on the printer.
- Open the ink cartridge access door and wait until the ink carriage moves to the center of the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless light starts blinking. This resets the wireless settings.
Reconnect the Printer to the New Wi-Fi Network
- Download and open the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 device. You can download it from the Microsoft Store.
- Follow the instructions to add a new printer.
- Select the printer model (HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4828) when prompted by the app.
- Follow the instructions on the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. You will need to enter the new Wi-Fi password.
Install or Update the Printer Software and Drivers
- Visit HP Software and Driver Downloads.
- Enter your printer model (HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4828).
- Download and install the recommended drivers and software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
