My HP deskjet 2755 was connected to my wifi last summer. I upgraded my internet services in May and the address of the wifi got
changed at that time. However, the printer is not recognizing the new WIFI address so I am having troubles connecting it to the internet and my devices.

Hi @LizzieW1963,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP DeskJet 2755 printer to the new Wi-Fi network after upgrading your internet services, you will need to update the Wi-Fi settings on your printer. Here are the steps to do this:
Using the HP Smart App
Download HP Smart App:
- If you haven't already, download the HP Smart app on your smartphone or tablet. It's available for both iOS and Android.
Open the HP Smart App:
- Ensure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want to connect the printer to.
Reset the Printer's Network Settings:
- To ensure a fresh connection, reset the printer's network settings:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time until the Power light starts blinking. This will reset the network settings.
Add Your Printer in HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app and tap the plus sign (+) to add a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. The app should detect the printer and prompt you to connect it to the Wi-Fi network.
Connect to the New Wi-Fi:
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
- The app will configure the printer to connect to the new network.
Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup)
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
