Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC

I have HP Elitebook 840 G5 using Windows 11 Pro 23 H2.  Trying to install network HP 4650 using HP

Smart.  Cannot get the printer installed so I can use.  Works OK on Dell Latitude.
