I understand you have trouble connecting the HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer to the Chromebook Pc Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below and let me know if this helps.
1. Make Sure Your Printer is Connected to Wi-Fi
- On your printer’s control panel, press Wireless 📶 or go to Network Settings.
- Run the Wireless Setup Wizard and connect your printer to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
2. Add the Printer to Your Chromebook
- On your Chromebook, click the clock in the lower-right corner.
- Select the gear icon ⚙️ (Settings).
- Scroll down and select Advanced > Printing > Printers.
- Click Add Printer.
- Your HP ENVY 5020 should appear in the list if it's on the same network.
- Click on it, then Add.
3. Test a Print
- Open a document or webpage.
- Press Ctrl + P.
- Choose your HP ENVY 5020 from the printer list.
- Click Print.
