printer correct configuration and online on same router as the iphone and pc windows I am connected with; but even by app HP smart the printer results NOT online.

Reset performed of printer and iphon and PC no results.

Settings checked everything is as it might be.

The only strange things is a message on iphone that says "to enable printer open HP SMART review privacy information and accept EULA"

What the hell is this mes? 

contacting assistance is impossible seems an hell with everybody telling you unuseful things and re directing you nowhere...

I understand you’re having a frustrating experience with getting your HP OfficeJet Pro 9012 to connect properly. The message on your iPhone about reviewing privacy information and accepting the EULA (End User License Agreement) is a common prompt when using HP Smart for the first time or after a reset. Here’s how you might address the issue:

 

Accept EULA on iPhone:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your iPhone.
  • Go to the settings or preferences section.
  • Look for any prompts related to privacy or terms and conditions, and accept them if required.

Ensure Printer and Devices are on the Same Network:

  • Double-check that both your iPhone and Windows PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.

Update HP Smart App: HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on both your iPhone and PC. Outdated apps can sometimes cause connectivity issues.

Check Printer’s IP Address:

  • Print a network configuration page from your printer’s control panel.
  • Verify that the IP address listed matches the one your devices are trying to connect to.

Firewall/Security Software:

  • Ensure that your firewall or security software on your PC isn’t blocking the HP Smart app or the printer’s IP address.

Re-add Printer in HP Smart:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your iPhone or PC.
  • Remove any existing entries for your printer.
  • Follow the steps to add the printer again. You may need to go through the setup process once more.

Reset Network Settings on Printer:

  • Sometimes resetting the network settings on the printer can help. Go to the network settings on your printer and select the option to reset.

Use the HP Smart App Directly:

  • Try using the HP Smart app to connect directly rather than relying on automatic setup.
