instant ink
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to log into my account to update my billing info and the customer service representatives are of no help. I have tried using google, firefox, Microsoft edge. I have tried different computers, tablets, and phone. I have been trying to get someone from insta ink to at least mail me something so that I can update my billing info. They have frozen my printer until I do. My bank was brought out and new account info.  I am at witts end here, because I am spending money for printing because I cant get in. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I currently do not have a phone to call them and when I did....Twice... they could not help. Does anyone know of an address I can write them or somewhere I can email for help. Getting very frustrated.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to log in to your HP account.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
