My printer is no longer discoverable on my wi-fi network. I have a very old printer from 2011, Color LaserJet CP2025DN, that has been working like a charm. I just replaced some toner cartridges with the same HP brand toner cartridges which I have been using.
In the past, I have been able to add a printer with the IP address listed on the printer display (same one as always). This method does not work now because the computer does not recognize the IP address.
I use a Windows 10 Pro PC. I was able to add the printer as a wired device, but no one else can print wirelessly.
I've restarted my modem, router, printer, laptop, etc. I also tried using the HP Smart app, but no luck. Evidently you can get a wireless report for newer printers, but not one this old. HP Tech Support wanted me to buy a new printer -- they had no sympathy for the fact that I had just purchased 3 toner cartridges.
Any assistance is appreciated.

@Valsimot Thank you for the reply.
Perhaps my usage of "wireless printer" was incorrect. Perhaps network printer is more accurate?
I used to be able to go into the Windows Devices and Printers page and "add a printer" with two methods:
- let Windows discover the device over the network, or
- using the "Add a printer using an IP Address" | select "TCP/IP Device" and use the IP Address shown on the printer display panel.
When I try that now, I get the following message: "The device is not found on the network."

Open the web browser and enter the printer's IP address in the address bar to see if you can access the printer web settings.
Download drivers from hp.com and run installation and allow installation to connect the printer, don't use Add printer from the control panel.
Some antivirus programs might prevent you from installing the printer using the Control panel.
