I understand your HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer has issues with the warranty date and connectivity, here are some steps to address these problems:

 

Warranty Date Issue

Verify Warranty Status: Visit the HP support website and enter your printer's serial number to check its warranty status. This will confirm if the warranty date is correct 

 

If the warranty date seems incorrect, contact HP Support directly. They can help resolve discrepancies and update records if necessary.

Connectivity Issues

Check Printer and Network:

  • Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to the same WiFi network as your computer.
  • Make sure the WiFi signal is strong and stable.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, computer, and router. Wait for about a minute, then turn them back on. This can resolve temporary connectivity issues.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall the current printer software from your computer.
  • Download and install the latest printer software from the HP website. This can help resolve any driver-related issues.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer is set to connect to your WiFi network. Go to the printer’s settings menu and select the correct network.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device. The app can help with setup, troubleshooting, and managing your printer.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: HP Print and Scan Doctor 

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from the HP support website. It can diagnose and fix many common printer problems.
