hi, I purchased a hp8125e printer but I cannot in any way activate the print anywhere option, I contacted support, several remote tests were carried out, the printer was returned to the factory settings but there is no way : on hp smart the printer web services are not activated: I was told to open all these ports on the router - TCP and UDP 45222 & 45223, 80,5353,5358, 5222, 5223, 5357, 3702, 443, 427, 8080, 209, 1900, 5298, 5350, 5351. but the result doesn't change, I was told (I'm not sure yet) that they will proceed to send me another printer but that they don't guarantee the solution to the problem.the printer firmware is updated to last version 03.2024. .Can you give me some suggestions?
