Hi @Golfball11,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2855e All-In-One Printer is showing "Printer offline" when you try to print from your email, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you’re using Wi-Fi, make sure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off the printer and your computer. Wait a minute, then turn them back on. This can often resolve connectivity issues.

Check Printer Status:

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners in Windows 10/11). Right-click on your HP DeskJet 2855e printer and select See what's printing. Ensure that there are no print jobs stuck in the queue.

Set as Default Printer:

  • In Devices and Printers, right-click on the HP DeskJet 2855e printer and select Set as default printer.

Update Printer Driver:

  • Ensure that you have the latest driver installed for your printer. You can download the latest driver from the HP website.

Run Printer Troubleshooter:

  • On Windows, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and run the Printer troubleshooter.

Check Network Settings:

  • If you're using a network printer, make sure that the printer’s IP address has not changed. You can usually find this in the printer's network settings menu.

Verify Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that your printer is not set to Use Printer Offline. In Devices and Printers, right-click the printer, choose See what's printing, and make sure Use Printer Offline is unchecked.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
