Hi @computernotwizz,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to wake up your HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer from sleep mode,
try the following methods:

  • Press the Power Button – Briefly press the power button on the printer to wake it up.
  • Send a Print Job – If your printer is connected to a computer or mobile device, sending a print job can wake it up.
  • Use the HP Smart App – Open the HP Smart app on your computer or phone and try accessing the printer. This may wake it from sleep.
  • Touch the Control Panel – If your printer has a touchscreen or a button panel, touching it may activate the printer.
  • Restart the Printer – If the above steps don’t work, unplug the printer, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
  • If your printer doesn’t wake up or is unresponsive, try updating the firmware through HP Smart or the HP website to fix any sleep mode issues. Let me know if you need further assistance!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
