@Gina8085, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Got it — you’re asking where to find your HP printer’s WSP PIN, and you’re already connected to Wi-Fi, but your computer is still asking for this PIN to finish connecting the printer.

Here’s the deal:

  • WSP PIN usually means Wi-Fi® Protected Setup (WPS) PIN, not "WSP." (Common typo!)
  • You can find the WPS PIN usually on the printer screen when you first connect it to Wi-Fi, or you can print a Network Configuration Page to find it.

Here’s what you can do:

Option 1: Check the Printer Display

If your printer has a screen:

  • Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Protected Setup > PIN.
  • It will display a PIN (valid for about 90 seconds) — enter that on your computer.

Option 2: Print a Network Configuration Page

If no screen or can’t find it:

  • Press the Information (i) button on your printer (or hold it for 3 seconds).
  • Or, press the Wireless + Information buttons together.
  • It will print a page showing your network details and the WPS PIN.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
