Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 8035 and I would like to have the ability to use the digital fax function.  I could only find the regular fax information in the HP smart app.  I deleted the drivers and reinstalled, but still could not find the digital fax set up wizard.  Is there a list of compatible printers available through HP that support this functionality?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8030-all-in-one-printer-...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

 

The FULL software has a Digital Fax setup.

 

This example shows the FULL software install:

At time 4:35, you can see the Fax Setup Wizard. (though the video skipped that part)
