Borderless printing might have been disabled due to a conflict with another print setting. Here’s how to troubleshoot and enable it again:
Check Printer Preferences
- Open Control Panel → Go to Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e → Select Printing Preferences.
- Go to the "Paper/Quality" or "Advanced" tab.
- Look for "Borderless Printing" and enable it.
- Apply changes and try printing again.
Check Paper Size & Type
- Open the document you want to print → Press Ctrl + P.
- Click Printer Properties.
- Make sure the paper size is set to a borderless-supported size (e.g., 4x6, 5x7, A4, Letter).
- Select Photo Paper if printing images, as borderless printing may be disabled for plain paper.
Reset Print Settings
- Go to HP Smart App → Click on your printer.
- Open Advanced Settings (EWS).
- Navigate to Printer Settings → Restore Factory Defaults.
- Restart the printer and try printing again.
Update Printer Firmware & Drivers
- Go to HP Support: HP Software & Driver Downloads
- Enter HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e and download the latest firmware & drivers.
- Install and restart your printer.
