Hi @O_G,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer settings!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Borderless printing might have been disabled due to a conflict with another print setting. Here’s how to troubleshoot and enable it again:

Check Printer Preferences

  1. Open Control Panel → Go to Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e → Select Printing Preferences.
  3. Go to the "Paper/Quality" or "Advanced" tab.
  4. Look for "Borderless Printing" and enable it.
  5. Apply changes and try printing again.

Check Paper Size & Type

  1. Open the document you want to print → Press Ctrl + P.
  2. Click Printer Properties.
  3. Make sure the paper size is set to a borderless-supported size (e.g., 4x6, 5x7, A4, Letter).
  4. Select Photo Paper if printing images, as borderless printing may be disabled for plain paper.

Reset Print Settings

  1. Go to HP Smart App → Click on your printer.
  2. Open Advanced Settings (EWS).
  3. Navigate to Printer SettingsRestore Factory Defaults.
  4. Restart the printer and try printing again.

Update Printer Firmware & Drivers

  1. Go to HP Support: HP Software & Driver Downloads
  2. Enter HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e and download the latest firmware & drivers.
  3. Install and restart your printer.

If the issue persists, let me know what settings you changed before this happened! 😊

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
