Hello,

My printer was working fine but after leaving for two weeks and trying to print something the printer is offline and will not connect. I have tried unplugging the printer for 60 seconds plus and replugging it in but it has not helped. Now the printer just says it is office and is constantly fading a green/blue light.

Can you help me please.

Hi, Please try restarting your router, allow 2-3 minutes till the internet connection returns, then restart the printer too and check for any difference.

If the same persists, let’s print a Wireless Network Test Results page:

May you see any warnings or attentions within the printed report header?
