HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

My wifi connection is not working. It says I have to connect an ethernet cord. I print out the Network Configuration settings it says that WiFi has been disabled. I've tried turning the printer off, and i even waited 30 seconds. Then I disconnected the printer power cord from the printer and outlet. I tried to reset printer through the Factory Default setting and the issue remains. Please help!

Hi @JoGibson,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Please restore the printer to the original factory defaults as follows:

  1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch Setup ().
  2. Touch Printer Maintenance, and then touch Restore.
  3. Touch Restore Factory Defaults.
A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
  4. Touch Continue. The printer will restart automatically.

Let me know if this has solved the issue or/and if the Restore Factory Defaults option is locked.

If the above steps do not fix the issue, We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
