Go to minute 5:23 of the video to see how to connect

 

The support portal is at the hyperlink below.  I suggest starting there. You can go to Drivers, locate the firmware and reinstall it. That should take care of the missing wifi option.

am not being rude, am just frustrated .

for the past 3days i have been trying to communicate with HP service center and still no reply.

and ur video didnt show ant resolve for the issue am facing .

and regarding to  no one els reply to my issue, because no one knows how to solve this issue.
