i have an HP 3522 printer and cannot get it to work wirelessly. The "printer status report" (printout from HP) says it is offline. Cannot figure out how to get it online & to the correct network. On the printed report, the "HP network configuration Page" says that under the "809.11 wireless" section, the network name is "E0D2DE," which is wrong; it should be 32435498. Tried all stuff in the help area; nothing seems to work.

Hi @pbonna1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand that your HP Deskjet 3522 is showing as offline and is connected to the wrong wireless network.
Let's try reconnecting it to your correct Wi-Fi network, 32435498.
- Make sure your computer or phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network 32435498.
- On the printer, restore the wireless setup mode using the procedure recommended for your model.
- You can refer to HP's official guide to restoring Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Once the printer is ready for wireless setup, open the HP app on your computer or phone.
- Select Add Printer and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to 32435498. Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted.
- After setup, print another network configuration page to check whether the correct network name appears.
Please note that the printer and your computer or phone need to be connected to the same network for normal wireless printing.
A couple of questions:
Are you using Windows, a Mac, or a mobile phone to set up the printer?
When you try to connect, does the printer display any error message, or does the HP app simply fail to find it?
Your answers will help me guide you through the correct steps for your setup.
Best regards,
