Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp printer envy 6000 was working till last Tuesday 31st May,  then on Thursday 1st June  the printer stopped working as  the wireless Printer was offline.  Tried to reconnect the Hp printer however  pc cannot connect it with original Pin number.   It says to use Key Number instead of  Pin number.  However Key Number is not found anywhere on the printer.  Pc  says Network port is not set correctly. Please send me an instruction how to fix the printer's offline error.  Or is there any way  I can speak to Hp Service team by phone  to reconnect the printer with Wi-Fi.

 new Router settings protocol WAP WAP-2 WAP-3 etc, whilst printer might be on different security protocol. (nothing to do with PIN)

In my case the only solution is to have it set up "unsecure" network, as printer is able to deal with WAP protocol, whilst new router doesn't allow wireless connection of less that WAP-2
