Hi @tharjega
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
When setting up your HP printer on a wireless network, you might be prompted to enter the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) PIN on your computer.
Locate the WPS PIN:
- Look for the WPS PIN on the printer's control panel or the information sheet that was printed during the initial setup.
- You typically have a short window, often about 90 seconds, to enter this PIN before it expires.
Enter the WPS PIN:
- When prompted on your device, enter the WPS PIN and then click "Next" to complete the setup process.
Generating a New WPS PIN:
- If you need to, you can generate a new WPS PIN by restarting your computer and repeating the printer setup process.
Using the HP App:
- If you're having trouble with the WPS PIN, you can download the HP app to help set up your printer.
- Go to HP APP to download the app and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the printer setup on your network.
