Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610

Hello, 

 

I have the HP Officejet Pro 8610.  The ADF on my scanner is not working.  Oddly, the copier works fine.  I am thinking it has to do with a sensor?

 

Any recommendations on what to do to troubleshoot?  The scanner works fine on the glass.  I've use the HP Printer & Scan Doctor also.
