You really are asking me to downgrade? No, you must be kidding...

 

Well, i'm not sitting here with a big problem. My even older Lexmark laser is working with this phone just fine, in color.

So i only invested that time of mine to help you.

Giving you info, you can use to UPGRADE your HP drivers for a novadays OS - Android Nougat.

 

So please HP, go back to about 1995, when you were the best supporting company on the market and fix your stuf. Do not try to ask us, customers, to go back in time, because of your lacks, please.

 

If you need any more info for fixing this issue, feel free to ask. And do it quickly, please. Not for me, who have a second, well working printer, but for those plenty of customers, who don't. Because as you can count here, there are much more of them with the same problem, who do not even tell you here...

I am glad you are taking some action after BebeMischa's scathing review however it feels a little late. That is the 43rd message in this thread! What about the rest of us?

 

All I'm saying is I'm sure the rest of us (me included) would love some one on one support as well.

Ach, don't start to think, that i'm helped now and the rest is not. The only thing, that happened is, that they sended my question to a local helpdesk in the Netherlands.

I have not heard anything from them.

Anyway, in my eyes this is a bad step, as it may be clear, that we are talking about a global issue, nothing to be handled by a local team.

So they send me on a dead end road, nothing more...
