Hi!
I have CP1515n printer and black cartridge is full, but yellow cartridge is now totally empty.
I don't want now to buy new expensive yellow cartridge, because my need is now only to print black prints.
My printer don't allow to print anything because one colour is empty.
There must be some solution to print black even one colour is empty, but I have not found solution.
How do I force my printer to print black in this case?

Hey laakspen,
Does the CP1515n laserjet give you an error about being unable to resume printing until the Y (Yellow) cartridge is replaced?
I would advise taking a look at the information in the document linked below. There is a workaround solution for auto continuing print even through "Replace Supplies" messages.
Premature 'Order Supplies' or 'Replace Supplies' message displays on the computer
Let me know if this helps,
Jason

Hi!
Yes printing shows error message "Replace supplies".
I have the latest firmware version 20120110.
Work around:
I have Windows 8 and when I tried to find ToolboxFX for my printer in HP internet site I found "HP Toolbox FX is not supported in Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, or Macintosh operating systems."
What can I try now?
Best regards

Hey,
Thanks for the update! I see you are using Windows 8, but I would like to ask if this is 32bit or 64bit? Have you tried installing the package for Vista in Compatibility mode on Windows 8? Below is a link to this download for convenience.
Does running in compatibility mode allow you to get this software to install?

Thanks for the update.
Whenever you have installation file on the desktop have you tried right clicking and selecting properties? This will contain a tab on Compatibility. Select the appropriate Vista option and check the box for Run as Administrator. Try running the install again. If you have already performed this method let me know and I will look for other options/information in the meantime on this issue.

Hi!
I tried to install program in compatibility mode. But installation stops giving error¨:
"This software cannot be installed using 'Run as ...' command. The installation cannot continue until this is resolved."
I think it is impossible to install in Windows 8 64 bit.
Best regards

Hey Laakspen,
It does appear that this software package will not install on Windows 8 if it will not install with compatibility mode either. As well there does not appear to be a current version of the software available for Windows 8. The only way to change these feature settings are through the Toolbox software as well.
I will look further into this issue to see if there are any further options and get back with you,
