Hi,

Could you please send me the info on how to reset this printer?

I had it set up on my old network and now that I have moved house and set up a new network I need to change settings and can't as the password I tried setting in it didn't hold and it has now locked me out.

Thanks.

I need the reset instructions as well, and have needed for over a year. SOMEONE needs to send me this info; it is foolish not to make the information readily available. Please send instructions ASAP.

How do you hard factory reset this printer or CP1525nw? I have the CP1525nw and have the same issue with the "Menu access is disabled." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the same boat as everyone else in this thread. Printer menu disabled and no longer network accessible. Please send the reset instructions.

Hi @mcIT , @waltnewcomb ,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publically post ( serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here
