For the last 6 months I have been getting this error message when I print: "Ink Cartridge Carriage Stalled". 

 

I have removed the cartridges, reseated them, looked for things blocking the carraige, unpluged it from power- nothing fixes it.

 

I can by pass the issue by hitting OK on the error message.  But that is not fixing the problem.

 

Any suggestions how to fix this permanently?

Cartridges stalled error on the printer. Is that right?
