I have just reinstalled my HP Officejet 4500 wireless G510n-z printer.  Whenever I go to print something  a "send fax"

Hi I have a HP C309a multifunction centre.

 

I have recently reloaded the drivers via http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL26021/mp-66918-5/PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_047...

 

However HP solution centre has not loaded and I cannot scan. I can print.

 

Dont know what to do next until I have Solution Centre.
