on HP Color Laserjet CM4730 MFP scan to email is configured for gmail, all configuration is in placed but each time I try to scan to email, it shows "email gateway rejected the address information" and later start showing HP Color Laserjet CM4730 MFP scan | PAUSED.

 

I need to setup the printer for scan to email immediately.

 

Can anyone assist me.

Gmail is a tricky one, lots of folks have issues setting up scanning to them from HP products:

You could also try the HP LaserJet MFP Wizard:
