When I turn the printer on this error code pops up. I have tried the reset process described in other posts. After multiple times of taking the battery out it will work for a period of time until it is turned off again. Why is there no way to contact support?

Yes, try resetting again.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.

Hi Sandy, still having the same problem. I followed your instructions. Whenever I turn it on it flashes the error code and does not work. I then unplug/ take the battery out and then put it back in and turn it on. I repeat this process several times and sometimes I can get it to work other times I give up before it ever does. Seems like I'm going to have to get a new printer.

@afepsu5014 Yes, I'm afraid that's a hardware issue and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
