Thank you,

I recently bought an HP Color Laserjet 200 and I thought the toner cartriges from my old HP were compatible.
Can I exchange the unopened sealed toners for the proper ones somewhere?

Having upgraded my printer, I also have spare ink cartridges no longer needed. I have 2 normal 300 and 2 XL 300, and I know require 301. How can I exchange them? Thanks.

I had to replace an HP printer that I had in Mexico and now have a HP 1510 printer which uses 662 cartridges.  I have an HP 28 and HP 56 that I would like to exchange them for a black 662 and a color 662.  Can you help me please?  I am in the U.S. now but have the cartridges here and am heading back to Mexico on March 9th.

Hello,

I have recently upgraded my HP Printer -
I had used HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer before - J610a and I have just bought the new HP ENVY 4520.

My old printer (HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer - J610a) uses HP 61 cartridges, whereas the new printer (HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer) uses HP 63 cartridges.

I still have a few unopened / unused HP 61 cartridges, that unfortunately can not be used with the new printer.

Can you please exchange HP 61 cartridges for HP 63 cartridges that would work with the new printer?

I'd very much appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Thank you in advance!

I too have just retired an HP 8500A (HP 940 cartridges) and purchased a new HP 8710 (HP 952 cartridges).  I still have 2 unopened/unexpired HP940 cartridges left (yellow and cyan) which I would love to excahnge for the like HP952 cartridges.  Can you let me know how to proceed?

Thanks.
