Hi. I would like to do the same. We are retiring a C8180 and purchasing a C6520. We have all colors of #02 ink cartridges, unopened. Can we exchange the old ink for new ink?
Thank you,
Candice

Hello,
I understand that you are looking to exchange cartridges that you are not able to use with your new printer. My best suggestion is to contact technical support at 800-474-6836. If you live outside the US/Canada Region please click the following link, to get the support number for your region. http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpsupport/index.pl
Thank you.

I've called support already, and spoke to Christina. She was supposed to send me an email, and that was at 11:00am eastern standard time, and i still haven't recieved it. The email was supposed to contain instructions for returning/exchanging the cartridges. I noticed that other folks on the forum here have recieved private messages with that info. Is that possible for me?

I am in the same boat as other folks. I have unused HP cartridges from my old HP printer that are not compatible with my new HP printer. I have already called customer service and talked to 2 different people, neither of which seemed to be able to provide the address to which I can send items for exchange. Could you please provide instructions for doing so?
Thank you in advance!
