Last week, we had to unplug our printer, due to getting new internet and cable installed. It had been plugged into an outlet strip for over a year, and was working fine.
We plugged it back in today to use it for the first time since last week, and it won't power on. We tried the strip and two different outlets (which we plugged a lamp into, and they all work fine). It just wont power on. The power supply cable is fine and we have unplugged it and plugged it back in, per the HP website video recommendations.
Is there anythign else we can try?

I have a HP 4500 Envy and the power will not stay on.
Unplugged power source from printer and wall, waited 15 seconds, put power cord into wall and then printer. Light comes on, makes a sound then shut off.
can not power up printer with power button. I'd like to find out how to reset the printer to try and get it back up and running but it's not working. Help!
