BTW: Why there isn't a class action lawsuit against Hewlett-Packard by now is beyond me. This issue has been around for over a year with (I'm sure) thousands, if not tens of thousands, of complaints regarding this issue. At least a recall would be in order. HP - IF you're listening (and that's a big IF) - recall the product already! Geez.
