HP Recommended

First of all, your need to  make sure you have the full features Software and driver installed in your PC;   please select your printer model and download the full  print and scan SW package here :

If you already install the Software and still not able to scan, please make sure you enable scan from your PC software, go to the HP printer folder look for the Scan Icon.  Here's are info for your reference :

If you are still not able to scan, please share with us how you scan and what are the OS and printer model again.
