Hi Guys,

I have read all post on this subject and Gary I have tried all the steps you originally posted but nothing works. What is the secret to getting this fixed and why is it not put on the forum. Please send me a solution to shawn@cerebellumcreative.com

Thank You very much!

Experiencing the same error message! Tried everything mentioned here.

HP apparently pushed out an update for this printer. One of the advantages was to fix the non working apps on the models with serial number starting with "TH".

However, after this update, my 7520 seems to have lost all Internet-connectivity capabilities. Prior to the update, I could at least scan directly to an email-address and send email directly to the printer. None of this works now. On top of all, it seems that firmware updates via Internet is also blocked.

I bought this printer in january 2014, discovered the known issues, and was patiently waiting for this March update to be pushed. The only thing the update did, was to make things worse and limit the the useability of the printer even further...

I'll give it another week, waiting for a solution, then I'll return this "thing" and buy something that works...

After the update from HP on this printer (HP Photosmart 7525), my printer is working flawlessly .

I used to have the problem , not the machine could print its applications.

Thank you for this update HP!

I cannot connect wireless from laptop to 7525. No problem until about 2 weeks ago. Have tried fix solutions listed here to no avail. Can I convert to wired using USB?

I am having the same issue as other users.  I am unable to connect to Web Services on a Photosmart 7520.  This is affecting my eprint services.  I have attempted the manual DNS settings listed already.  Can I have the instructions sent to me?  Can someone also send a firmware update to the printers to resolve this issue for everyone??

I just spoke with HP today. They only suggested the manual DNS settings. They cannot replicate our problem in their labs, so they are sending me a replacement printer and will take mine back for evaluation.

My 7525 mysteriously started working today. Don't t know why. I had previously tried all of the suggestions with no success. It takes about 30 seconds to initialize after I hit "print" but then it seems to print OK.
