When you open a secure site (https) do not click on the first banner's "ALLOW BLOCKED CONTENT". Wait for the second banner to appear then click on the "SHOW ALL CONTENT". If you click on the first banner it will not work.
I have not found any way to make it work on a non secure site (http).

I have tried to print using Smart Print and I was able to get it to print both the forums (non-secured site) and Google (secured site) without double-printing or the like. However Yahoo.com is still giving me a hard time. That is going to be the webpage I will use since it will not print correctly, whereas the other sites still seem to work and print to my expectations. I have made adjustments within the Tools like lowering my security, deselecting "enable protect-mode," allowing pop-ups and so on and still no changes for me or obvious effects on its performance (which has proven itself to be both good and bad). If you don't mind me asking, what websites are you trying to print so that I may see if it works for me? I haveless than an hour here to dedicate solely to you all but I hope I don't upset any one by taking a weekend off from this. Just know I won't stop until someone from HP gives me a solid answer!

There is NOTHING that you can do to make Smart Print work correctly with IE10! We have found work arounds that would allows us to get some things working (Control Bar,HTTPS) but still cannot make it print correctly. Smart Print did work very well with IE9 and with other browsers. This forum is about making it work with IE10!! I do not care if it works with Chrome or any other browser. Please concentrate on IE10. I think all of the contributors have identified enough problems and clues to indicate that a programmer needs to get involved. There are no workarounds that will make it work correctly . The solution will require a program change and I hope that HP will consider this important enough to allocate the resources to fix. I appreciate VisionAiry's effort and hope that we have provided enough information to further pursue this issue with the software group.
In the mean time, I think it is a waste of time for any of us to continue trying to find a solution. At this point is seems obvious that only a software change will make Smart Print work with IE10!

geogear:
The reference to Google is to their browser which is "GOOGLE CHROME". There will be nothing in the IE10 browser that will make reference to Google. To get Google Chrome you have to download and install their files. Hope this answers your question.

I am more than happy to forward this up. With all that you guys have been through (hours of confusion basically) this program has proven to me to be in high demand and requires more than basic troubleshooting. The "GLOBE" I referred to was in regards to Internet Explorer Tools>>Internet Options>>Security tab to find ActiveX controls but do save yourself the time. I spent approximately two hours straight last week adjusting settings in IE10 tools to no avail. I purposely risked my security and integrity of the software selecting mystery options with the best of you. Now I am currently in the process of following the protocol I need to to bring this to the right department's attention. I will just refrain from more suggestive troubleshooting unless I receive confirmation of the exact step, setting, option, etc that I am over-looking. That way I am not wasting another moment of your time. Thank you all for your patience and I definitely have all the information I need. I will gladly keep you updated as I hear back from the specific sources myself. Thank you all!
